La Cocina de Vero was born in 2009 as a personal undertaking. My name is Verónica Mellina Bares, I am a Gastronomic Services Analyst and Professional Chef.
Ou service and menu are focused on quality, different for each occasion and type of event.
In 2018 we added a Food Truck equipped with professional kitchen to our range of services, for private and public events.
In 2020, thanks to our usual work system taking care of quality and maintaining strict process control, we have obtained the SAFE TRAVELS badge. This international seal aims to generate confidence in tourists and travelers, letting them know that our service complies with all corresponding biosafety standards.
In 2021 we inaugurated our new production kitchen, featuring professional equipment and facilities, and more space to organize each event.
The open kitchen, always using fresh ingredients and dishes prepared at the moment are our trademark.
